  • Notes 
    • Norman VanHook was a musician (tuba player). In the 1920's he played with Merritt Brunies and his Friars Inn Orchestra in Chicago and is on recordings of that band from 1924 to 1926. He later played with the Floyd Towne band in Chicago. He also played with the John Philip Sousa band and was back-up bandleader.
