I am displaying it exactly as typed: "He and father born in Kentucky. Marian P. VanHook - Detroit, Mich. His father was Lawrence J. VanHook from Kentucky where Marion was born. His mother died when he was five months old. His father married again. They lived there several years and then went west. He had a half sister who is living. His father died in the west. Marion was educated and went to Detroit where he has been identified with the Prudential Trust Co. for 34 years. He also studied medicine. He is a fine man. Has a wife, but no children. But his wife has three by a former marriage. He is now living in W. Palm Beach, Florida. His father had a brother Barry, and John and one sister, Clara. He knew a noted surgeon in Chicago named Weller VanHook who is now dead. Extra good surgeon. Born in Somerset, Kentucky. Just bought the house we are now living in at W. Palm Beach"
